Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree in relevant field, health or management related.
∎ Trained on MR/MRM/PAC and FP Methods
∎ Desirable to have some degree of clinical vocational training.

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducts Facility Assessment Surveys of GoB Family Welfare Centres (FWCs) in the selected districts of Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for the clinical governance of government sites, supporting the quality lead with appropriate quality assurance, accountabilities, and governance tools.
∎ Make plans and implement improvements of the selected facilities to ensure quality MR/MRM/PAC services.
∎ Ensures that the capacity of MSB Paramedics and FWVs meet or exceed MSI/National standards.
∎ Identify capacity and skills gaps and organise capacity building training or refresher trainings as required.
∎ Conducts regular field visits to review team performance and adherence to clinical quality standard in service delivery.
∎ Provides clear and immediate feedback for improvements and creates action plans as required.
∎ Maintain up to date and comprehensive knowledge of National Protocols for clinical services and MSI global Clinical policies and guidelines.
∎ Working closely with the GM, Outreach & PSS and Manger, Outreach to ensure regular supervision and clinical auditing of field sites. Set quality assessment plans for outreach operations ensuring that assessment indicators are measurable. .
∎ Conduct the CA, QTA and assist during MSI global QTA visit (if any).
∎ Make plans and implement improvements of the selected facilities to ensure quality MR/MRM/PAC services.
∎ Builds high quality PSS & Outreach MR teams (including GoB FWVs) and ensures that the capacity of MSB Paramedics and FWVs meet or exceed MSI/National standards. Identify capacity and skills gaps and organise capacity building training or refresher trainings as required.
∎ Spot checks of client files for relevancy of documents and accuracy, timeliness, quality and relevancy of information provided.
∎ Supervise conduct of monthly client record audits by clinical team members as per MSI requirements Discuss & provide on the job training on official record issues with staff as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4-5 years of experience in a management position, preferably in the health management, family planning, community development, and/or social marketing industry
∎ Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with GoB, Donors, NGO partners and other stakeholders to remain updated about current issues.
∎ Contract duration up to December 2023.
