∎ Bachelor/Honors

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform complex laboratory tests on patient samples (blood, urine, tissue) to assist in diagnosing and monitoring diseases.
∎ Ensure accurate test results through quality control and equipment maintenance.
∎ Process, label, and prepare specimens for analysis. Analyze and interpret test results, providing reports to healthcare providers.
∎ Operate and maintain laboratory equipment while adhering to safety standards.
∎ Maintained laboratory inventory and managed supplies.
∎ Collaborate with medical teams to ensure accurate patient care.
∎ Comply with regulatory standards and participate in lab audits.
∎ Bachelor or licensure as a Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field from a recognized institution
∎ Certification or licensure as a Medical Technologist from Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) or equivalent
