∎ LifeSpring Consultancy Limited is seeking a highly motivated Contractual Grant Manager to oversee the acquisition, management, and compliance of grants. The ideal candidate will have experience in grant writing, financial reporting, and donor relations to ensure the successful execution of grant-funded projects.
∎ Responsibilities of Grant Manager
∎ • Identify potential funding opportunities from national and international donors, NGOs, and corporate sponsors.
∎ • Conduct research on grant eligibility, guidelines, and funding trends.
∎ • Write compelling grant proposals, applications, and funding requests.
∎ • Ensure proposals align with LifeSpring’s mission, objectives, and donor requirements.
∎ • Build and maintain relationships with grant-making organizations, government agencies, and philanthropic partners.
∎ • Communicate with donors regarding funding opportunities, project updates, and impact reports.
∎ • Develop and manage grant budgets, ensuring proper allocation of funds.
∎ • Work closely with the finance team to track expenditures and comply with grant requirements.
∎ • Ensure adherence to donor guidelines, grant agreements, and reporting deadlines.
∎ • Prepare detailed progress and financial reports for funders.
∎ • Work with program managers, community outreach officers, and finance teams to align grant activities with project needs.
∎ • Support in implementing grant-funded projects and monitoring their impact.
∎ • Identify potential risks in grant implementation and propose mitigation strategies.
∎ • Ensure legal and ethical compliance with funding regulations.
∎ • Monitor grant-funded programs and assess their effectiveness.
∎ • Document success stories and best practices for future grant applications.
