∎ Age 28 to 47 years
∎ Age: 28-45 years (Flexible for highly experienced candidates).
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge of foreign medical check-up procedures and compliance standards.
∎ Proficiency in Bengali & English (both spoken and written).
∎ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to maintain high-quality service.
∎ Ensure compliance with foreign medical check-up protocols, especially GAMCA-approved medical center work procedures and regulatory guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and administrative teams to improve operational efficiency.
∎ Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and service improvements to enhance the patient experience.
∎ Maintain financial records, budgeting, and expense control for operational optimization.
∎ Build relationships with foreign embassies, corporate clients, and healthcare providers.
∎ Implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and expand business growth.
