∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10-12 years of experience in HR & Admin role within the healthcare industry with at least 5 years of proven experience as Manager/AGM- HR & Admin in renowned Diagnostics Center.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications and other HR relevant software.
∎ A deep understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

∎ Manage and monitor the entire operation process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Oversee facility management, procurement, and logistics.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures.
∎ Lead and manage the HR and administrative teams, providing guidance and support.
∎ Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet organizational goals.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Manage license renewals and other regulatory requirements.
∎ Maintain strong relationships manage communicate with various government and non-government organizations on matters related to HR and administrative issues.
∎ Ensure timely license renewals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor the sales team performance and revenue status, providing strategic oversight.
∎ Manage budgets and control expenses.
∎ To perform any other responsibilities assigned by Top Management.
