Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) with a valid registration/license from the Bangladesh Board of Unani and Ayurvedic Systems of Medicine.

Requirements
3-5 years of experience in production management of herbal or nutraceutical product manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of herbal and nutraceutical production technologies.
Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must have good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Sreepur, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
To supervise a team of technical persons engaged in the production of Herbal and Nutraceutical Products.
To perform the following duties to ensure GMP compliance for production of OHNL:
- Preparing the written procedures and other documents, including amendments.
- Distributing the work among the executives as per Production plan.
- Provide support in developing formulation of the Neutraceutical products.
- Preparing production plan and assure that the plan is executed.
- Monitoring and controlling the manufacturing environment.
- Development of critical documents like SOP, policy, manual and protocol.
- Training of production personnel is carried out and adopted according to need.
- Conducting internal audit.
- Formulating the validation program.
