∎ Deals Strategy has embarked on an ambitious growth plan in India, and we are keen to hire senior strategists in our team to complement our sector coverage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead client engagements independently, with very limited senior supervision
∎ Guide and develop junior team members in preparing analysis plans (for example, hypothesis/issue trees), conducting research and preparing findings
∎ Manage, motivate and train junior team members
∎ Conduct quality control of client deliverables
∎ Manage engagement and firm risk compliance processes
∎ Meet and develop relationships with clients in the allocated industry vertical, and deliver on limited sales targets
∎ Lead client discussions
∎ Lead proposal development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Specific consulting/industry experience in a particular sector will be an advantage
∎ Experience in Deals will be a definite advantage
∎ Very strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities
∎ Impeccable oral and written communication skills
∎ Willingness and ability to frequently work under tight timelines and pressure
∎ Keen interest in sales and business development
∎ Team leadership skills
