- Team leadership and development.
- Manage project, financials including budget and risks.
- Provide guidance, hold regular one-on-one meetings.
- Technical proficiency as in Computer skills.
- Have Expertise in Marketing & Communication.
- Client and Business development.
- Manage online/offline queries over the phone and need to provide proper information.
- Identify client needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
- Client’s feedback analysis and report analysis.
- Communication with clients and ask about their preferences in detail.
- Manage MD’s personal work.
