Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm, Annual Business Plan, Budget Management, Financial Analysis, Financial Budget, Financial Reporting, Overseas Operation, Product Pricing, Project Finance, Project Proposal
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking care of the stock lists and dealing and handling the provisions of the organization.
∎ Making sure that the trading policies, operations and workers of the company agree with and obey the rules and policies of that specific area, world and the nation.
∎ Lead the warehouse/store team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
∎ Managing distribution process efficiently and effectively.
∎ Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business.
∎ Overseeing inventory control and processing orders.
∎ Implements all sales action plans related to our market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
∎ Develop business plan and marketing strategy and monitor proper implementation to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.
∎ Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Plan and develop sales strategies in overseas to increase sales and profit of the company.
∎ Directly manage the full-time sales team and provide support in abroad.
∎ Follow-up & execute all the official administrative activities.
∎ Closely monitoring to Accounts/ Finance, HR & Admin, Store, Commercial Department, Transport, Bank Transaction etc.
∎ Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts
∎ Maintain all kind of data base, account books/registers/ledgers etc.
∎ Prepare all kind of reports that are Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow & store, sales others necessary statements - Daily monthly, half-yearly as well as yearly report etc.
∎ Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits.
∎ Monitoring all kind of financial performance of the organization regarding long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts etc.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' work experience in abroad.
∎ Must have to be fluent in English, both oral and written. IELTS will be get preference.
∎ Proactive, assertive and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Practical experience to work in Middle East will get preference.
∎ Familiar with Tally ERP 9 or ERP software.
