Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or Bachelor's Degree with experience in the hotel industry.

Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Management
∎ Manager operation are in charge of the day-to-day operations in a hotel. Operations include human resources, housekeeping, security, public relations, food service, sales and finances. Creating a work schedule, hiring new employees, and training staff are all duties a hotel operations manager can perform.
∎ Work Address: Neeshorgo Hotel & Resort, Plot 492, Marine Drive Road, South Kolatoli, Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth operations and maximum profit according to P&L.
∎ Ensure the strategic planning and implementation those to grow as per design.
∎ Coordinate the development of key performance indicators for different functions and direct reports.
∎ Performing the duties as plan and organize the housekeeping and catering activities in a hotel.
∎ Supervise furnishing and renovation projects in a hotel as regular maintenance.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for promoting their services/brand in order to attract clients.
∎ Contact prospective clients via cold calls and emails to offer them hotel services.
∎ Respond to client enquiries and assist with resolution of client problems.
∎ Set and enforce customer service standards and procedures. Monitor the customer service unit of a hotel to ensure adherence to set client care policies.
∎ Carry out surveys to determine customer satisfaction level.
∎ Oversee the recruitment and training of hotel staff, especially one+ to ensure a capable workforce.
∎ Reassigning and delegating tasks to hotel personnel according to their various specializations and capability.
∎ Set objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets.
∎ Plan and coordinate events or conferences within a hotel to ensure they run smoothly.
∎ Install and oversee the supervision of hotel security guards to ensure the safety of lives and property.
∎ Conduct occasional inspection of property to identify damaged utilities and facilitate repair or replacement.
∎ Conduct negotiations with contractors and suppliers to reach a fair bargain for materials and services.
∎ Maintain accurate record of financial and procedural activities which he/she will present to hotel management to serve as an indicator for key business decisions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong verbal and written communications skills with strong accounting software experience. Some of the major qualities you require to be effective on the job include management, planning, and customer service skills.
