Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/ Anthropology / Statistics / Agriculture / Development Studies or any other relevant subject from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify monitoring issues and lead to issues based monitoring
∎ Develop M&E plan, framework and MIS system
∎ Prepare M&E tools, guideline, orient staff and test them in the field
∎ Lead to data collection, analysis and prepare monitoring & evaluation report
∎ Identify the M&E training needs of the M&E team and provide M&E training for program staff as needed
∎ Supervise to monitoring officers for quality data collection and capacity building
∎ Meet documentation and knowledge management purpose of the programme
∎ Qualitative data collection and analysis
∎ Assist programme development, log frame preparation and prepare budget
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 4 years of experience on Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, learning or knowledge management
∎ Have Computer proficiency on MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SPSS and
∎ Arc GIS Knowledge on data analysis, proposal writing, report preparation,
∎ training facilitation and budget preparation
∎ Understanding on urbanization, urban trend, slum, squatter and urban
∎ development, disaster management, adaptation and climate change
∎ Excellent team player and building relationship
