- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments and external partners
- Willingness to travel and work in field environments for activations and stakeholder engagement
- Strong background in data analysis, market trend reporting, and developing strategic plans for brand visibility and growth
- Minimum 10–14 years of progressive experience in brand management, trade marketing, or market research in the cement industry
- Proven track record in designing and executing trade and consumer offers, including dealer engagement initiatives
- Hands-on experience in cross-functional coordination, especially with sales, logistics, and external agencies
- Proficiency in ERP system and data visualization tools
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the Market Research team, tracking the competitors’ activity and finding the potential market by analyzing the sales and customers` buying patterns
Develop data analyzing methods and tools; analyze market data for finding sales opportunities and branding purposes
Implement and ensure the Retail & Dealer App system for smooth operations in the sales system
Design and implement logistics strategies and processes aligned with business needs
Design trade and consumer offers for stakeholders under structured incentive programs, aligned with seasonal trends and industry context
Maintain close communication with the sales team and stakeholders to execute the trade offers successfully
Maintain cross-departmental communication to expedite the trade offers/consumer offers closing process and evaluate performance reports on the executed trade offer/consumer offer for next planning
Execute the door-to-door activation for individual home builders with success
Develop a yearly plan & budget to engage the stakeholders & coordinate the programs like Mason Meet, Retail Meet, and Engineers` Meet
Execute the dealer meets with success
Develop outdoor strategy to maximize brand visibility
Liaise with the agencies, vendors, suppliers, and others for effective offers, campaigns, and events
Prepare the reports on market trends for management, which help to set the way forward and targets for the future
Implement any other assignment given by the management from time to time
