2. Skills & Expertise:
3. Micro-credit, Loan, Good communication skill, Ledger Software, Skill in MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ One Note.

1. Prepare an annual plan of action comprising, detailing new communities to access, targeted clients, trainings to be provided, loans to be disbursed and recovered.        

2. In partnership with opinion leaders, enter new communities, provide sensitization on the aims and objectives of the program.       

3. Provide group dynamics training to ensure group cohesion and vibrancy.       

4. Conduct training needs assessment among clients.

5. Provide business development training based on client felt needs.

6. Guide interested clients to apply for loans from the program.        

7. Receive and evaluate loan applications.        

8. Prepare and sign loan application forms.      

9. Disburse loans to clients.        

10. Monitor utilization of loans and general performance of groups.        

11. Provide capacity building to less performing groups.        

12. Adhere to monitoring and evaluation procedures and guidelines and create reports on a monthly basis.·        

13. Critically assess program performance and design and actively suggest and initiate continuous improvement activities.        

14. Recover all loans from all branches.        

15. Ensure that the branches are proactive and effective in monitoring the micro-credit portfolio.        

16. Enhancement of pre-loan and post loan approval compliance. Cause marketing in the branches to recruit more members.        

17. Ensuring safe custody of the micro-credit documents and items from the branches.        

18. Any other duty assigned by higher managements.
