Responsibilities & Context:
Should have the adequate knowledge on mechanical issues, repair & maintenance of various machine
To have command on sewing machine (single machine, double machine, seam sealing machine, pattern tracker machine, bartack machine, long welding, short welding, corner welding & other related sewing machine).
Should have idea about maintenance work of Generator, Compressor, Sub-Station, Utility Facility (Lift, AC, Motor)
To lead the maintenance team with proper guide line & supervision.
Maintain daily checklist properly follow up as per requirement.
Monitor and control costs in the areas of responsibility.
Prepare utility operations and maintenance budget preparation, monitor controlling, expense record and downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis.
Prepare Schedule Maintenance Checklist and follow as per checklist.
Carry out any other job, as assigned by management
