Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s or Bachelor degree preferably in Communication/Mass Communication and Journalism from any recognised university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works closely with the Head of Internal Communication and Director of Communications and provide strategic counsel on executive communication and translate strategic decisions into messages and activities that are relevant at a departmental and individual level.
∎ Support development of BRAC’s Internal Communications Strategy
∎ Design, manage and implement internal communications projects as required
∎ Develop and maintain good relationships with all internal staff groups, colleagues in the Executive
∎ Management Team, management team of all Social Enterprises, Management and Communications team of all BRAC affiliates
∎ Collaborate with external communications team to ensure consistent and aligned internal and external communications on key themes

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years’ experience of internal communications, public relations or journalism acquired through training to degree level or through relevant experience
∎ Good English language skills required – oral and written
∎ Non-profit sector specific experience preferred
∎ Able to work in high stress environment
∎ In depth knowledge of organisation’s – mission and value
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively with all levels of the organisation and collaboratively with team
∎ Ability to multi-task and balance multiple as well as tight deadlines
∎ Intelligence and poise when working with executives and experienced working in multi-cultural and diverse international environment
