Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ CSE/CIS graduate from any reputed university, local/abroad.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CCTV, Hardware & Networking, IT Security, PABX System, Software
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the IT support team to ensure the right service at the right time.
∎ Implement and evaluate IT projects in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Liaison with cross-functional departments to determine and address their IT needs.
∎ Identify vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, opportunities for improvement of all IT service and equipment as per requirement.
∎ Plan, monitor and modify the annual IT budget & ensuring cost-effectiveness whenever required.
∎ Lead and manage the vendor management of the company.
∎ Select, purchase and replace hardware & software when necessary for the company.
∎ Ensure all IT activities and services are performed within the compliance and policies.
∎ Study the market & IT infrastructure, report management regarding any innovation.
∎ Administer a virtualization environment based on VMWARE products
∎ Ensure infrastructure service for the business systems applications.
∎ Security of office Network.
∎ Ensuring the service availability of IP Phone, CCTV, Access Control system etc.

∎ Age at most 40 years
