Job Context:
∎ Trust knitwear Industries Ltd (100% Export Oriented Knit Composite) (A Concern of Amanat Shah Group)
∎ We are looking for interested candidates as a Manager - Audit for a reputed garments factory who has initiative, experience in following sector, dive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality result.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all inventory items with their balance as per stock register and verify the same materials with the balance of the corresponding bin cards.
∎ Reconcile the physical count report with record. If any discrepancy found, then make a report.
∎ Preparation of detailed monthly & yearly audit plan, audit program and methodology of accounting and auditing services & submission audit report.
∎ Reporting to higher management on weekly and monthly basis
∎ Check the purchase register, Sales register, Challan (invoice), Challan (cash memo), VAT Challan for local purchase, Bill of entry for imported Input, treasury challan copy, Credit note and Debit note Mushak.
∎ Check Weekly wages & OT of the workers of the Company
∎ Government rules and regulations like Company Act. Income Tax Ordinance and Rules, VAT Act & Rules. Stamp Act. Customs Act, Labor Law etc.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Skills Required: Audit and Inspection, in a Knit Composite Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit (RMG Sector)
