∎ MBA / Masters in Finance, Banking, Accounting from any UGC approved reputed University.
∎ Advanced certification in Income Tax will be added as advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Advance Excel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & submit Companies & personal Tax Return as per gridline of Govt. income tax rules.
∎ Prepare statement & other relevant papers in support with Company's tax return.
∎ Prepare all documents & papers as desired by tax office (Deputy Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Joint Commissioner) in connection with Tax assessment of the companies.
∎ Prepare Company's appeal, tribunal & ADR Grounds, prepare necessary documents & papers for presenting in the Appeal, Tribunal & ADR.
∎ Calculate income tax liability of Companies, employees & Directors, and expatriates.
∎ Prepare or review income tax return files of Directors, Companies, foreign expatriates & employees and ensure submitting such return in due time.
∎ Presence for hearing, assessment & settlement of income tax with DCT, ACT, and JCT and obtain clearance certificate of income tax from NRB.
∎ Ensure deduction at source of all AIT & VAT from supplier or service provider and deposit it to the Bangladesh Bank as per applicable rules & regulations.
∎ Filling appeal to the Commissioner of Taxes (Appeal), filling 2nd Appeal to the Appellate Commissioner of Taxes Appellate Tribunal and also filling Appeal to the High Court with the written argument in favor of the assesses for getting tax benefits.
∎ Manage all Corporate Income Tax, VAT and RJSC, BIDA-related queries and filings in the right manner and tax planning for assessment of companies.
∎ Determine Tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits. To ensure compliance with regulations by forwarding required information to the authorities.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS and VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. treasury.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on VAT Online and VAT rebate/refund and exemption process.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all kinds of VAT Registers including Legal litigation
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance 1984 and VAT Act - 2012.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT & AIT & other hearing-related documents.
∎ Preparing all kinds of periodic account Tax & VAT related reports/statements.
∎ Keep Liaison and communication with Tax & Vat office.
∎ Any other Vat/Tax related job assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Data Intelligence related experience will be a plus
∎ Strong excel skills and analytical thinking
∎ Advanced knowledge in MS Office tools is must
∎ Able to frequently visit factories and showrooms
∎ Excellent analytical skills, strong decision support, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
∎ Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
