Experience:

BBA/MBA degree in any discipline.

Operations management: Oversee daily freight activities across all modes of transport (air, sea, road, import/export) and warehousing.

Sales: Generate sales & new business opportunities in favor of company.

Liaison: Building proper & effective liaison, agreements & MOU with renowned Shipping Lines, Air Lines, Freight Forwarders & NVOCCs.

Logistics and coordination: Plan and schedule shipments, select routes, and arrange packing, storage, and delivery.

Cost and efficiency: Negotiate favorable rates with carriers and logistics providers, manage budgets, and implement strategies to minimize costs and improve efficiency.

Team leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of logistics and transportation professionals, including staff involved in operations, sales, and support.

Customer relations: Manage client inquiries and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, addressing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compliance and documentation: Ensure all shipping and customs documents are accurate and compliant with national and international regulations.

Performance monitoring: Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, monitor inventory levels, and report on performance to senior management.

Others: Time to time required logistical outcomes & feedbacks as per company management requirement.
