Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Train & supervise restaurant staff members
∎ Make & manage employee schedule to ensure enough staff during busy times
∎ Provide coaching to improve waiter’s performance
∎ Ensure prompt, polite & effective service to clients
∎ Address customer complaints & concerns quickly & professionally
∎ Maintain daily restaurant operations, including opening & closing procedures
∎ Keep track of inventory & order supplies to maintain the right stock levels
∎ Ensure health & safety regulations & cleaning standards
∎ Ensure the quality of food & presentation
∎ Conduct regular inspections on quality management
∎ Maintain restaurant budget, including revenue projections & expense controls
∎ Focused, Sincere and dedicated while performing duties
∎ Ability to learn fast & work in a team
∎ Proficiency in restaurant management software & MS Office applications
