∎ MBA (Finance) from top university / CMA qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparation and distribution of various internal financial statements & reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy
∎ Manage monthly closing process, including reconciliation and analysis of related accounts / books
∎ Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls
∎ Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
∎ Regular monitoring & maintenance of GLs, TB, audit schedule and ensuring that all transactions & documentation complies with IAS and SOPs in place
∎ Manage day to day issues of accounting team related to financial reporting & SOPs in place
∎ Coordinate all audit efforts and be the primary interface for internal auditors
∎ Coordinate with senior members of the company and key people in central team to improve procedures and controls time to time
∎ Training, developing and managing the team members to deliver best in every situation
∎ Able to take pressure and deliver in tight deadlines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 1-2 years of managerial experience will be preferred
∎ SAP knowledge preferred
∎ Excellent communication skill in English language
∎ Good command over MS Excel and Power Point
∎ Knowledge of best practices in internal controls
Salary: Negotiable
