Job Responsibilities:
∎ To guide the Finance team in financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting work.
∎ Maintain banking relationships and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes.
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Prepare financial statements.
∎ Compares previous year’s budgets and tries to improve the drawbacks.
∎ Finalize Financial Statements based on International and Local Accounting Standards.
∎ To liaise and negotiate with Bank & Financial institutions to arrange funding to meet the overall funding requirements.
∎ Maintain the bank loans and proper loan utilization.
∎ Communication with Bank to meet company requirements.
∎ Analyze fund requirements.
∎ Control of overall expenses in the company.
∎ Ensure timely receipt of all financial documents, cross-check and prepare documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in any 100% export-oriented composite home textile industry (Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing Printing & Processing, Garments, etc).
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, and practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT, and Banking.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Should have experience in ERP-based accounting systems.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
