∎ Skills Required: Experience in Tally ERP 9 software

3 to 5 years experience in Accounting related field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement of organization's accounts & financial goals and providing strategic direction to ensure the goals.
∎ Facilitates top management decision-making by conducting appropriate analysis of data and compilation of relevant statistical analysis.
∎ Carries out feasibility study of new services and innovations from a financial perspective.
∎ Develop internal control, Financial accounting system, Cost accounting system, Cash management system, Inventory and asset management system
∎ Advice on how to increase revenue, reduce cost and business expansion so as to create a modern, efficient and profitable organization.
∎ Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
∎ Follow up income, expenditure and fund allocation of all companies as per budget and also variance reporting.
∎ Responsible for accurate, complete and timely submission of required financial report and financial position.
∎ Prepare financial statement, Audited financial statement, Financial highlights and analysis, Budget,
∎ LC liability, Loan liability, Loan proposal, Sensitivity analysis and Cost of goods sold report, Make breakeven analysis, Cash inflow and outflow planning.
∎ Keep all bank/FI loans and guarantees in a suitable condition for the Group. Arrange new bank/FI loans and guarantees as per company requirements. Regular checking company wise bank guarantees summary, also Group liability summary.
∎ Ensure the company is fully compliant accounting with Tax, Vat, BOI, RJSC, Internal and External audit.
∎ Review all fund management process including documentation, tracks receipts of funds and reviews interest and principal payments to be made.
∎ Monitor all kinds of daily cash and banking functions along with reporting (e.g. cash & cheque deposit & withdrawn, fund transfer, sales collection in cash & bank, LC payments, honor party cheques, all cash expenditures, etc.)
∎ Regular check various accounts work (i.e. inter co. transactions, bank reconciliation, receivable & payable reconciliation, daily receipts & payments statement, employee advance & payroll summary, voucher/bill postings in Tally. ERP 9, Various report such as Stock, Sales, Export, Expenses, Production, Import, Purchase, Time loan adjust, Material consumption etc.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Constructions and Non-Woven Fabric sector will be getting preferred.
∎ Sound knowledge in Tally. ERP 9 Software.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
