∎ Masters / MBA in Accounting from a reputed university.
∎ CA Professional Level / CMA Management Level preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Bank Correspondents, Budget forecasts, Finance, Tax (VAT Customs Duty Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Power, Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
∎ Prepare Monthly Accounts Statements, Monthly Material/Goods Consumption Report
∎ Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
∎ Monitoring of reports regarding inventory, Utility bill, budget and others as per requirements.
∎ Ensure all recommendations appearing in various internal, external, regulatory audit. Compliance Review reports are implemented in an appropriate manner.
∎ Checking of daily accounting transactions.
∎ Provide management with accurate information in the areas plant accounts as responsibilities given and to do so in an efficient manner.
∎ Ensures that all data related to the relevant work are generated effectively and efficiently.
∎ Other accounts work as per management instruction.
∎ Maintaining cash transactions such as requisition from head office, sales from factory, cash expenditure etc.
∎ Bank transaction; cash withdrawn and deposits and maintain liaison with the bank.
∎ Various monthly reports making as per instruction of management
∎ Take ownership of wages disbursement in an organized manner.

∎ Display knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications on accounting acumen.
∎ Proven leadership and teamwork skills with demonstrated abilities to both work collaboratively and to influence outcomes.
∎ Highly effective written and verbal communications skills that can be used with people of various backgrounds, experience, and education levels.
∎ Computer skills e.g. MS Office is essential, Tally software.
