Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ OR
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
∎ MPH degree holder from any reputed University/Institute/School will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide and support to patient care delivery team regularly with ensuring quality care as per protocol.
∎ Organize equipment/materials for providing service in HOPE Birth center in cooperation with the Project Coordinator/ Project Manager of the program
∎ Assist to manage facilities, equipment, supplies, personnel and resources in relation to cost containment.
∎ Implement non-clinical and clinical administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs.
∎ Give support and guideline for providing counseling and advising before and after screening and tests
∎ Regular monitoring and visiting to all birth centers as schedule to confirm the quality care with maintaining ICM standard
∎ Assessing and evaluating all beneficiaries' needs and acting accordingly as protocol.
∎ Perform productivity increase strategies and optimize clinical staff and procedural value.
∎ Make sure to take initiative for Identifying high-risk pregnancies/other patients by centers staff and initial stabilization of obstetrical emergencies and referral to higher levels of care
∎ Supervise and direction to midwives regarding respectful care
∎ Ensure using evidence based clinical care with all women and newborn.
∎ Ensuring that no patient leaves the facility without being offered services.
∎ Ensuring patient friendly behavior, respectful maternity care, and display good manners and ethics.
∎ Make sure maintaining of referral mechanism -making justified and timely decision for referrals to a secondary facility for high-risk pregnancy
∎ Confirming care of equipment and ensuring it is maintained in suitable areas. Verify accuracy of items delivered and label and store away in appropriate and agreed areas.
∎ Make a training plan and conduct training as per need to improve midwives knowledge as well as develop competencies.
∎ Ensuring a safe, supportive environment for the center based on mutual trust and respect and maintaining confidentiality of clients concerns and records.
∎ Provide proper instruction and follow the Infection Prevention protocol and Waste Management guidelines provided by HOPE.
∎ Maintaining excellent communication with Hope and others stakeholders and be very vigilant and smart to respond to phone calls/SMS and emails.
