• Must be good looking, well-groomed, and confident
• Must have experience in Live Presentations or working in front of the camera
• Strong leadership, communication & time management skills
• Must be highly motivated and willing to take on challenges
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media tools
• Must be responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to commit long-term and grow with the company

Work Days: 5-6 days/week (Depending on workload)

Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire day-to-day business operations
• Conduct regular and engaging Live Presentations on social media (Facebook, Instagram)
• Develop & implement sales and business strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery
• Handle customer service through both online and offline platforms
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand promotions
• Perform product surveys and research on market trends and competitors
• Track inventory and coordinate restocking with suppliers
• Maintain proper documentation of sales, expenses, and activities
• Lead and supervise junior staff and showroom assistants
• Create weekly/monthly performance and sales reports for management
• Coordinate with the design/production team for stock planning
