Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain uninterrupted distribution process from production to delivery.
∎ Devise ways & means to upgrade delivery systems ensuring customer service.
∎ Monitor delivery schedules within timeframes to meet expectations and minimize delays.
∎ Supervise payment collection processes ensuring accuracy and timelines.
∎ Allocate & manage personnel, vehicles and other resources to meet distribution demands.
∎ Oversee refueling, maintenance & upgrading of delivery vehicles.
∎ Oversee area-wise performance of teams assigned for distribution & delivery areas and ensure accountability.
∎ Ensure timely resolution of related issues.
