∎ Knowledge based on digital advertising platforms, target audience analysis, campaign optimization, negotiation, familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.), knowledge of SEO, SEM, programmatic buying, and RTB (Real-Time Bidding), excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, or related fields.
∎ Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
∎ Strong knowledge of media buying strategies and tools.
∎ Experience with data analysis to measure campaign performance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating and implementing digital media plans and strategies to ensure maximum ROI of the brands.
∎ Analyze campaign data and make reports using tools such as GA4, Excel, Adjust, Looker Studio, and Power BI to provide insights and recommendations to the clients.
∎ Conducting research and analyzing market trends and demographics to align with marketing strategies.
∎ Knowledge of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) data analytics and visualization, along with proficiency in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI, is a plus.
∎ Identifying target audiences and figuring out the most effective ways to engage them.
∎ Experience in life cycle marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO), with hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, automation tools such as Zapier, task management systems like Asana, and CRO tools including Hotjar, Google Optimize, and Convert Kit.
∎ Determining the most effective allocation of digital media budgets and resources.
∎ Negotiating and purchasing digital advertising space. Working with creative teams to design and optimize visual content that aligns with various digital platforms.
∎ Adjusting plans and budgets based on the top-performing platforms. Preparing and presenting reports on the progress and outcomes of campaigns.
∎ Staying updated on industry trends and developments in digital marketing.
∎ Develop and execute media buying strategies for traditional media when required.
