Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use Spinning market knowledge to identify potential clients and initiate contact.
∎ Set sales target & achieve the company goal.
∎ Planning, monitoring, controlling sales force.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Process all sales documentation.
∎ Maintain long-term relationships with clients, creating a vast client database.
∎ Strictly control sales force routine, frequently visit field force.
∎ Increase company sales to desired level .
∎ Develop brand to attract and retain customers.
∎ Develop long and short term strategies and tactics for growth.
∎ Conduct market research to identify strengths and opportunities.
∎ Be able to work as a team player as well as individual.
∎ Be able to work under pressure.
∎ Have to submit day to day report to superior.
∎ To monitor and close follow-up on Party Acceptance, Bank maturity/ Acceptance & payment collection.
∎ Coordinate with production and quality assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time-to-time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8-12 years of working experience in Spinning sector.
∎ Sufficient knowledge on Product and Present market scenario.
∎ Should be Smart, Energetic and Self Motivated.
∎ Proven leadership skill and experience of managing large teams.
∎ Strong understanding of insights and excellent analytical skill.
∎ Highly result oriented.
∎ Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior.
