Education:

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in commercial/documentation roles.

Experience in Energy, Refueling, Trading, or Industrial sectors preferred.

Strong knowledge of import-export laws, Incoterms, banking, and licensing procedures.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems.

Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.



Responsibilities & Context:

Company: Intraco Group (Intraco Refueling Stations PLC, Intraco CNG Ltd, Intraco LPG Ltd)
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage all types of commercial and business documents.

  • Supervise import documentation, C&F activities, Incoterms, and customs formalities.

  • Coordinate with government offices (DC Office, Union Council, Environment Office, etc.) to obtain approvals, including BIDA clearances.

  • Manage banking transactions such as LC opening, bank guarantees, and remittances.

  • Negotiate, draft, and administer commercial agreements to safeguard company interests.

  • Ensure timely processing of government licenses (IRC, ERC, Trade License, Fire License, etc.).

  • Provide commercial and regulatory support for operations, projects, and development work.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify and support new business opportunities and growth initiatives.

  • Lead and supervise the commercial contracts and legal team.

  • Maintain accurate registers and documentation (hard and soft copies).

  • Prepare and present MIS reports, statements, and updates for management.

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
