Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead baggage service team.
∎ Supervise baggage and Lost & found service.
∎ Tracking of mishandled baggage.
∎ Claim Settlement for missing / damage / pilferage baggage
∎ Resolve interchange baggage issue
∎ Pulling baggage issue management
∎ Inform arrival baggage belt number to OCC
∎ Claim Settlement for missing / damage / pilferage baggage
∎ Repair of damage baggage and deliver at home
∎ Collection of passenger belongings at cabin and return
∎ Meet KPI
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 05 years of experience in any International Airlines in baggage handling
∎ Experienced to deal with World Tracer
Salary: Negotiable
