∎ Supervise daily floor activities and ensure smooth operations.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
∎ Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
∎ Monitor daily sales and report performance to management.
∎ Ensure cleanliness and organization of the floor.
