∎ Masters / MBA in - Business studies

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To review Credit facilities, Credit proposals assessment and provide opinion to Management to ensure quality of credit to the Dealer/ Distributor/ Industry/ Retailer.
∎ Visit customers and their business locations to verify the accuracy of contact point, financial strength and Business status, Current or future predictable transaction according to business growth as and when required, Valuation of the properties/ Business positions/ Security Cheque etc.
∎ Visit new and existing clients to assess the credit worthiness, operational and financial performance of individual businesses as and when required and prepare visit reports.
∎ Maintain proper records of all accounts receivable (AR) and implementing action plan on recovering long Outstanding.
∎ Prepare monthly report on credit approvals, renewal/restructuring, declination, settlement of facilities.
∎ Implement credit risk management/ Credit process of the Company approved by departmental Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must be from the Credit/ Recovery team of any renowned local or Multinational company.
∎ Willing to take a leading role in bringing operational excellence into the company, installing just the right amount of process, reporting and structure ensuring smooth operations of the company.
∎ Advance computer knowledge in MS Office and ability to handle ERP.
∎ Ability to work under tremendous pressure.
