Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post graduate in any commercial discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders, processes documentation with purchase orders, reports, documents and tracks damages on orders received and assists to Warehouse - Manager.
∎ Makes intra- and inter-warehouse deliveries and Maintains records of all deliveries, entry to the ERP.
∎ Receive and store documents and confidential files, maintains record of approved document and confidential file.
∎ Deliver and set up products for various places through invoices as requested.
∎ Maintain the warehouse, records are being kept in tidy and clean and save in disciplined manner.
∎ Proper controlling to manage stock and maintain BIN Log in the system with maintaining FIFO/ LIFO when required.
∎ Create necessary GRN's and Challan in a timely manner
∎ Assists in stock counting and auditing time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 2/3 years in similar position
∎ Adequate knowledge in the related fields
∎ Fluent in speaking English and Bangla with pleasant personality.
∎ Highly motivated and can handle pressure in any situation.
∎ Sound knowledge on any accounting software ERP; and advance computer knowledge in MS Office application.
∎ Ability to work under tremendous pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
