∎ 40 to 42 year(s)

Credit control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Pharmaceuticals
Job Context:
∎ Job Location will be New Eskaton, Dhaka-1000.
∎ Will be able to run an entire unit on its own accord.
∎ must ensure stay with the company for at least 3 years.
∎ Will have to Opportunity to work with SAP.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Day to Day update collection posting to SAP software.
∎ Knowledge about IAS & IFRS.
∎ Clear understanding about TDS & VAT matters on collection from A/C receivable.
∎ There should be a close liaison with the marketing /sales department so that credit issues are resolved smoothly.
∎ Monitor & Checking customer's credit situation.
∎ Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
∎ Monitoring day to day limit exceeds report and raised to marketing in case of abnormal situations.
∎ Prepare executive wise weekly statement on credit collection forecast and follow up its recovery.
∎ Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
∎ Regular reconciliation with customer balance.
∎ Send out monthly client statements/letters as may be agreed from time to time.
∎ You are expected to regularly review the company's debt recovery procedures.
∎ Develop the credit management capability within the practice.
∎ Assist in the setting up of the credit-control system & Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity.
∎ Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required.
∎ Other duties as delegated from time to time by the management.
