Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design, preferably in an educational institution or similar setting.
Proven track record of successfully managing creative teams and delivering high-quality design projects.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding concepts.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other related software. Proficiency in video editing software will get preference.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and translate organizational objectives into compelling visual communication strategies.
Creative vision and the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Green University is seeking a talented and experienced Manager (Creative Art) to lead our graphics team. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for design, a strong understanding of branding principles, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of creative professionals. The Manager (Creative Art) will oversee the development and implementation of visual communication strategies that effectively convey the university`s brand identity across various channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and design creative assets, including logos, brochures, posters, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, website ui/ux design, and other promotional materials.
Lead and manage the graphics team, including graphic designers, visualizers, and other creative professionals.
Develop and implement creative strategies to effectively communicate the university`s brand identity and messaging.
Collaborate with brand and communications, PR and other sections to ensure alignment of visual communication efforts with overall organizational goals.
Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, guiding them in the execution of design materials from concept to completion. For example, overseeing the design of event posters for departmental seminars and workshops, brochures and leaflets for admission campaigns, social media posts for admission campaigns, and digital banners for university websites.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and branding, and integrate innovative approaches into the university`s visual communication efforts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within budgetary constraints.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth among team members.
Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed for design projects.
Work closely and under the guidance of the Joint Registrar for Admission and Public Relations to understand and align with project requirements and objectives.
