Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Business Development:
∎ Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
∎ Sales Planning and Execution:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
∎ Client Management:
∎ Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients.Provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
∎ Team Leadership:
∎ Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.Organize training sessions to improve team performance and product knowledge.
∎ Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Collaboration:
∎ Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and improve offerings.
