∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Must be willing to additional work in crisis moment.
∎ Must be Fluent in English.
∎ Should have practical knowledge in handing security & safety equipment's like Metal Detector, Archway, CCTV, DVR, NVR, IDS, smoke detector, fire extinguisher etc.
∎ Able to lesion with local police station.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide a visible security presence to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for visitors.
∎ Oversee the functionality of electronic and mechanical security systems.
∎ Manage guard force at VACs and safeguard company assets, employees, contractors, and visitors.
∎ Ensure life safety and implement loss prevention measures to avoid incidents/accidents.
∎ Recommend countermeasures to protect people, assets, and processes in collaboration with Operations teams.
∎ Ensure compliance with security policies and contractual obligations.
∎ Conduct security inspections, audits, and enforce physical security best practices.
∎ Manage security incidents, conduct awareness training, and oversee security personnel performance.
∎ Participate in investigations of security incidents and collaborate with auditors.
∎ Assist in system security, implement security policies, and perform risk assessments.
∎ Supervise daily security operations, including ID administration and system monitoring.
∎ Adhere to environmental health and safety guidelines.
∎ We are seeking a Security Manager with expertise in Corporate Security, focusing on Security Management and Crowd Control. The ideal candidate will:
