Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Sciences/Disaster Management or relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years of working experience in emergency response, recovery and rehabilitation including Disaster Risk Reduction, including 3 years in management position.
∎ Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects related to EPP/DRR and coordination for children and young people, with a policy influencing dimension
∎ Proven experience in a similar field including field experience and management or in a supervisory role.
∎ Should have capacity to work in any situation during emergency and managing responses
∎ Skill on capacity building and ability to work under pressure
∎ Experience in emergency preparedness planning and its implementation
∎ Skill on expenditure tracking and monitoring
∎ Ability and willingness to travel widely in programme areas
∎ Excellent spoken and writing skills in English & Bangla with the ability to produce quality report
