Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for creating and implementing a long-term communication strategy, producing a yearly communication calendar plan, liaising with senior management about marketing related issues, at the same time cultivating a positive working relation with stakeholders of the hospital
∎ Will be expected to formulate and implement public relations strategies, select and manage communications with external agencies, as well as develop media marketing strategies and other non-campaign activities
∎ Ensuring and monitoring the delivery of the brand direction and recommending areas of improvement
∎ Carrying out market research at repeated intervals inside & outside hospital among patients/visitors/healthcare providers/employees, in order to keep up to date with customer expectations, as well as trying to predict future trends
∎ Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print and online platforms to ensure that M A Rashid Hospital services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of M A Rashid Hospital campaigns
∎ Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports with post-marketing qualitative & quantitative impact data
∎ Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding & repute
∎ Should be a team player, meeting healthcare providers and colleagues to take input and working with agencies
∎ Managing budgets as per expectation and commitment
∎ Organizing events such as product launches, commemoration, video and photo shoots

∎ Age 30 to 60 years
