∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring the operational activities of Cargo Operations in HUB and overseas stations.
∎ Responsible for manpower deployment at export and import warehouse, flight handling
∎ Managing & leading operations staff on duty, contributing to the highest levels of service standards & reduce operations costs
∎ Enhance staff performance through regular briefings and close supervision
∎ Ensure that the requirements of Airlines, freight forwarders and clearing agents are catered on time and industry standard services are rendered
∎ Communicate with GHA and Customs for smooth handling of flights
∎ Monitoring and supervising of ramp and the loading and offloading of all flights
∎ Transmit all flight related messages
∎ Monitoring of smooth filing of EGM and IGM with customs
∎ Responsible for day-to-day liaison with relevant authorities
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements and also capable to make decisions that affect the safety and /or security of cargo with in hub in Dhaka.
∎ Responsible for taking corrective actions for errors identified through reporting or from the resources, or on response to events, such as accidents and incidents.
∎ Capability to propose revision or amendment on the cargo manual and ensure that the data or information in the cargo manual is legible and accurate before handing it over to related parties.
∎ Should be aware of and comply with his safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the USBA Cargo Manual, SMS Manual, Safety Policy and Objectives.
∎ Candidate shall ensure that all training records are maintained as per laid down norms and all training requirements are reviewed and planned accordingly.
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge of IATA TACT rules, Training skills, Hands-on experience on Cargo software. Strong interpersonal skills are required. Supervisory skills with experience of handling team also are required.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Ability to maintain liaison with relevant authorities
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft office
∎ Good communication ability in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Leadership quality to lead the Cargo team
∎ Candidates having experience in Cargo Operation in any airlines will be given preference
