Graduation in Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing agency, advertising agency, corporate communications, or event management.
Knowledge about the communication industry, either commercial brands or social brands or both. Knowledge about different types of vendors. Knowledge about how campaigns are undertaken in Bangladesh.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, planning and scheduling workload, working under pressure and within tight deadlines, and building strong working relationships.
Crisis management and problem-solving under pressure.
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
Experience in agency handling, presentation development, negotiation skills, message crafting, understanding of basic design principles, fundamental photography knowledge, and research capabilities.

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Manager, Campaign and Content who will devise, develop and implement both internal and external campaigns as needed by the Communication department.
Key Responsibilities
Devise integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain internal and external audiences.
Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the history of BRAC and the role of each BRAC entity within the umbrella of BRAC.
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as advertising agencies, designers, animators and printers.
Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity adhere to the brand guidelines of BRAC in campaigns and all communication channels.
Work with the Digital team to deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
