Responsibilities & Context:
Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve financial growth and customer satisfaction. This includes conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying new markets and service needs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders (e.g., corporate clients, insurance companies, educational institutions, NGOs, etc.).
Sales and Promotion: Promote the hospital's services, addressing and anticipating the needs of clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners and clients.
Corporate Client Management: Manage and grow the portfolio of corporate clients, and identify upselling opportunities within existing agreements. Aalok Hospital has a focus on corporate marketing, so this is a key area.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and clinical staff, to ensure alignment of business objectives and the seamless delivery of services.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and revenue targets. Provide regular analysis to management to inform future strategies.
Industry Representation: Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to stay informed about healthcare trends, regulations, and to build the hospital's reputation.
