Accounts, Audit, Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance, Internal Audit, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of budgets and forecasts in prescribed format
∎ Budgetary control thru preparing different variance reports
∎ Develop and implement business plan in the context of overall corporate strategy
∎ Accounting Functions:
∎ Support month end and year end accounts closing process
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and compliance with reporting requirements
∎ Ensuring compliance with payment processing after verifying and checking
∎ Reviews current financial status by collecting information, preparing and analyzing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
∎ Follow and set accounting policy and procedure and Company rules and regulations
∎ Dealings in cash and cash equivalents, Preparation of voucher, maintaining in Cash Book
∎ Checking all sorts of bills, vouchers, invoices and day to day cash and bank accounts
∎ Reporting Functions:
∎ Meet deadline in monthly, quarterly and annually reporting
∎ Maintain group and Accounting Standards in all sorts of Reporting
∎ Cost Control:
∎ Check each and every payment is made as per the process and approval limit
∎ Check each and every payment is made as per the approved budget
∎ Sourcing Activities:
∎ Finding and qualifying the suppliers and vendors
∎ Negotiating with vendors, Contracting and analyzing results
∎ Receipts of goods or services
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ensure team's co-ordination and support to commercial stakeholders in analyzing and approving pricing plan proposals
∎ Engaged in Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
∎ Ensure analysis of financial viability of the significant projects
∎ Facilitate Internal and External Audit
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
∎ IT proficiency - MUST be good in MS Office package (Especially, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
