∎ Graduation from any reputed University
∎ Degree in hotel/restaurant management is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience to operate renowned restaurant.
∎ Have the capability of managing all staffs.
∎ Maintain daily cash book and keep records.
∎ Details idea & working experience in buffet & Party Center.
∎ Must have depth knowledge about restaurant food with consumption.
∎ Maintain customer's data and making marketing plans.
∎ Must have knowledge about restaurant VAT and accounting rules.
∎ Prepare daily cash book and accounts for management and send that to management timely.
∎ Positive mentality to accept sales target.
∎ Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
∎ Must have computer knowledge like excel, word and internet browsing.
∎ Assist in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 10 year(s) on Manager/General Manager post.
∎ Smart and Dynamic Personality
∎ Good Command in English
∎ Problem solving and decision-making skills
∎ Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
