∎ Marketing Management Solution "SaleBee" is a software for managing an organization`s relationship and interaction with prospects & customers. It helps company to stay connected with potential clients, manage leads and streamline processes to increase sales as well as profitability. In short, the "SaleBee" Software is just a helping tool that designed specially for sales & marketing department to manage prospects, leads, Sales & related tasks with many more options. The goal of "SaleBee" is basically to manage, guide & monitor marketing activities to close more leads & provide data analysis for management to find marketing gap & opportunity from various aspects to support sales plan.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work independently for the development of marketing programs to increase software sales and should have ability to manage the software sales department.
∎ Finding business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Identify the decision maker and various role-playing person of the prospect organization to secure the order.
∎ Communicate & the top management of the prospective client
∎ Have to do strategic planning, implementation for increasing software sales and collection.
∎ Have good presentation skill for demonstration of software
∎ Must have can-do attitude.
∎ Have ability to do work in pressure and meet the sales target.
∎ Frequently visit to different corporate prospect, client for demonstration and training of SaleBee CRM software
∎ Ability to understand client requirements & guide development team accordingly.
∎ Conduct marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness to the market
∎ Maintains relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
∎ Keeps client information confidential
∎ Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, contents etc.
∎ Regular update through SaleBee CRM to the Management
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 to 5 years' experience with good sales track.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing, Sales, After Sales Service, Analytical Skill, B2B Sales, Branding, Business Analysis, Business development, Corporate Sales, Documentation
∎ Excellent presentation Skills, Fluent in English speaking, Must have software application selling experience, Computer literacy, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Good energy Level, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
