Responsibilities:
Ability to Lead the Team.
Meet the monthly Team Collection target which is given by Management.
Individual Target must be achieved which is given by the Management.
Extreme communicative and convincing capability for random client follow up.
Can work under pressure to meet the target within deadline.
Swift and sound knowledge on computer.
Accelerate action plan to identify client’s problem and demand.
Take challenge to achieve the target.
Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements.
Right attitudes for promoting company`s product and Brand image.
Proper documentation and any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Given Target must be achieved by taking proper initiatives wherever/ whatever needed.
