Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manager (Admin & Finance) to oversee all administrative and financial operations of Safollo Academy. This position ensures smooth internal processes, proper resource allocation, cost control, and financial compliance, while supporting the academy’s mission of delivering high-quality online education.
Administrative Operations:
- Manage all day-to-day administrative operations, including procurement, logistics, and asset management.
- Maintain and update administrative policies, office protocols, and HR documentation (leave, attendance, travel).
- Supervise support staff and ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and IT systems in coordination with the Service team.
- Oversee legal documentation, agreements, renewals, and compliance with regulatory authorities.
Human Resource Coordination:
- Support in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll processing.
- Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Ensure implementation of organizational policies and workplace discipline.
Finance Management:
- Develop, monitor, and manage the organization’s budget, including forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping, accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and records.
- Oversee invoice generation, student fee collection, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and other financial regulations of Bangladesh.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks as necessary.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising operational efficiency.
Reporting & Monitoring:
- Prepare and submit monthly financial and administrative reports to CEO.
- Assist leadership in strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Monitor internal controls, identify risks, and propose improvements to workflows.
