∎ Age 23 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 6-8 years in a 100% export oriented textile (Spinning & Weaving) industry.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy (MS office, Accounting software like “ERP”).
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Minimum 6-8 years in a 100% export oriented textile (Spinning & Weaving) industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Budgeting and reporting support.
∎ Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning and budget.
∎ Work with seniors in preparation of operational budget and cash budget.
∎ Implement operational best practices and identify areas of revenue and cost optimization.
∎ MIS & data analysis for Sales, Purchase, Production, Realization, Payment, Inventory, Receivable, Payable etc.
∎ Oversee the preparation of sales data segregated customer wise, unit wise, raw materials used, pre & post costing.
∎ Analysis of sales & marketing data to aid decisions related to achievement of sales target.
∎ Develop standard procedures to manage and maintain business operational and financial objectives.
∎ Setting standard cost and analysis of variation and efficiency.
∎ Assist in preparing the strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecasts.
∎ Work with seniors for cost management & revenue optimization.
∎ Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
∎ Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Handle accounting software-ERP independently.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
