Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on Accounting & Finance related works and planning.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely data entry in the accounting software in Tally ERP 9, advanced knowledge in Tally ERP 9, work experience in TDL, TCP, SQL, and advanced knowledge in MS excel. Preparing, maintaining, and entering bank-related transactions, all kinds of vouchers, receipts and payment vouchers, cash book, ensure all business transactions are recorded in the ledger and LC-related transactions are recorded completely.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation (Including FC account).
∎ Recording and reporting all inter-company transactions & maintaining the accurate and timely processing of general ledger reconciliation and journal entries.
∎ Preparation of financial statements monthly, quarterly and annually in accordance with accounting standards and other applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Income Tax Ordinance 1984, VAT & Supplementary Act-2012.
∎ Conduct fixed assets & inventory tasks & physical verification of assets in order to ensure availability and accounting of available assets.
∎ Maintaining expertise over accounting operations, such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cash receipts, treasury, and revenue and expenditure variance analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Maintaining the funded liability position of the group.
∎ Maintaining the non-funded liability position (Bills Liability, Accepted & EDF Liability)
∎ Reconciliation of different liability accounts.
∎ Worked with legal adviser and arrange different papers related to tax & VAT and financial audited statement.
∎ Reconciliation of monthly salary sheet.
∎ Maintaining the supplier/Creditors accounts.
∎ Worked with other colleagues to overcome the conflict between York and financial institutions.
∎ Maintaining total export record as per ex-factory method and according to documents at bank submission.
∎ Maintaining export under process & Export Proceed Realization.
∎ Maintaining and Reconciliation of export payment.
∎ Checking the Local back to back LC documents and forward to commercial.
∎ Others work assigned by the management.
